This is the screen where you will add and change ESI Employee information. If you are adding a job for an existing or past employee, some of the information will fill in for you. If this is a new (to the district) employee, you will need to fill in all pertinent information.
The only jobs available here are ESI jobs. If this job overlaps with a district job, the system will give you an error.
The password will be filled in automatically, but you can click on the star next to it to see it, in order to give it to the person. The email address will be created automatically, if it doesn't already exist.
When you want to print out ESI's Position Request Form, just search for and show the job you want, then click on File/Print:
Then you can select where you want to print the form.
