Transmit County Warrants (Yuma)

Do this one time, this will make lewis.yumaed.org a trusted site on your computer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer web browser and visit this address: https://lewis.yumaed.org/npackd/cert.pfx
  2. A window will pop up asking 'Do you want to open or save this file?' Click the 'Open' button.
  3. If the Certificate Import Wizard doesn't automatically display, click 'Tools/Internet options/Content/Certificates/Import button'.  Then click next and copy and paste the above address.
  4. You will see the Certificate Import Wizard.  Click Next 3 times, ignoring the password prompt
  5. At the 'Certificate Store' page, select 'Place all certificates in the following store' and then click 'Browse'.
  6. Select 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities', then 'OK' and then 'Next', and then select 'Finish'
  7. If it asks if you want to install the certificate, select 'Install'.

To retrieve the file from the Compass Archive:

  • From the browser on your PC, go to https://lewis.yumaed.org/files/
  • Log in using your email address and email password
  • On the top left side, click on the drop down, and select yumaArchive.  This is a link to the Compass Archive, so it will be organized in the same way.
  • Find the file you want ctyWarrantsFXX.txt (XX is the pay period number) and download it to your PC.  Remember where it is stored.
  • If it is automatically saved on your T drive, you will want to move it to the C drive:
    • Go to My Computer/T:/My Documents/Downloads (if this is where it is stored).
    • Find the file
    • Right click on it, then click Copy
    • Go to My Computer:/C:
    • Right click and then Paste

Then, copy to file to yumaprod using FileZilla.  'yumaprod' is the name of the Yuma County vpn server.
