Windows Remote Assistance (Win 7)

Open Remote Assistance by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Remote Assistance, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Remote Assistance.

Click Invite someone you trust to help you.

Click Save this invitation as a file, and save it somewhere that you will be able to find it again.  A window will display with the password.

Email the file to the person you want help from (the filename is Invitation.msrIncident)

Use Google Chat to tell the person the password, or tell them over the phone.
